3.4 Partial Fractions

Instructor: All right, next, we have set up partial fraction decomposition for this expression. 

All right, now, all of this asking us to do is come up with what those fractions are going to look like, A, B, C, D, E, et cetera. We don't necessarily have to solve these. So we know that we are going to have a fraction with an x plus 3. We know we're going to have a fraction with an x plus 3 squared. And we're walking up the chain there, a cubed term. OK, now, x minus 4 and an x minus 4 squared. 

We're kind of walking up the powers from x plus 3 up through cubed then x minus 4 up through squared.
