Budding Hydra

- The video is of a green, animated hydra underwater. The hydra has a long stalk and 5 tentacles arms growing out of the hypostome at the top of the stalk. It sways slightly with the water.

About 11 seconds into the video, a small bud appears on the side of the hydra. The bud then detaches from the hydra and lands next to it. The bud then grows into a young hydra, growing its own stalk and tentacles. For the last 10 seconds of the video, the young hydra continues to grow until it becomes nearly the same size as the first hydra.
